Our top priority is to deliver your beautiful jewelry to you in a timely and secure manner. We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible, with most orders being shipped within 1-2 business days after processing. In some cases, items may take from 1 to 4 weeks to process, as this may vary based on the item's complexity, availability, and whether it is made-to-order.
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment.
Items must be signed for upon delivery. Rollen Design is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If you cannot be present at time of delivery to provide a signature, you may use FedEx Delivery Manager to have your package held for pick up at a FedEx or one of their authorized locations.

RepairsWe want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a repair for any defective item within 14 days of delivery. Simply contact us for a repair authorization and send back the item in its original condition.
Items eligible for repair must contain a defect in material or workmanship, as solely determined by Rollen Design. If it is determined that the item was damaged due to negligence or excessive wear, we may send the item back as-is, or facilitate repairs at an additional cost upon customer request.
All returned items for repair must be unaltered, unworn, and in new condition. Items must be securely packaged and returned with original packaging and invoice. Some exclusions may apply.
Any decision to repair a piece of Rollen Design Jewelry is subject to review and in Rollen Design’s sole discretion, and Rollen Design may refuse to repair any piece of jewelry for any reason whatsoever. You must provide us with a valid proof of purchase to receive a repair.
Please contact us at repairs@rollendesign.com to process a repair. You will need to provide your order number and reason for repair.
We’ll send you an email as soon as your repair has been received and sent for processing. Please allow 5-10 business days for your repairs to be complete plus additional time for shipping. We will notify you when repair processing is complete.
Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Rollen Design will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Rollen Design returns office.
Jewelry, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your jewelry while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all jewelry, especially rings, in situations when abnormal contact is expected.
