Availability and Pricing
All items and services offered through the Site are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, reject all or any part of an order, modify, or discontinue offering items or services without prior notice, even if you have already placed an order for an item. All prices are shown in U.S. dollars and applicable Taxes (as defined below) and other charges, if any, are additional. All prices are subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
Taxes
You are responsible for any sales, use, duty, or other governmental taxes or fees (“Taxes”) due with respect to your purchase of items through the Site. Shipping and Handling
You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the time you make a purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling charges from time to time; however, we will provide notice of the changes applicable to you before you make your purchase. Promotions
Rollen Design promotions are available while supplies last and may only be valid for a specified date and timeframe along with additional limitations and exclusions. In the event a promotion code is required, please present the code at checkout.
Promotions may not be combined or applied to previous purchases, gift card purchases, sales tax, or shipping charges.
Rollen Design reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotion without notice. If, in Rollen Design’s sole discretion, a promotion is used incorrectly or being abused, Rollen Design has the right to cancel any orders placed and ban the usage of any further promotional material by such user(s). Third-Party Tools
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.

You understand and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rollen Design and its officers, directors, agents, partners and employees (individually and collectively, the “Rollen Design Parties”) will not be liable to you under any theory of liability—whether based in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise—for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages or lost profits that may be incurred by you, arising out of or in any way connected to these Terms and Conditions or the use of, or inability to use, any items purchased through the Site, including, without limitation, any damages caused by or resulting from reliance by you on any information or items obtained from us, whether or not Rollen Design or another Rollen Design Party has been advised or should have been aware of the possibility of any such losses. You understand and agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Rollen Design Parties’ total liability in connection with the items purchased through the Site and these Terms and Conditions will not exceed the amount you actually paid to Rollen Design for such items purchased.
The limitations set forth in this section will not limit or exclude liability for personal injury or property damage directly and proximately caused by items you purchased from us through the Site or for the gross negligence, fraud or intentional misconduct of any Rollen Design Parties, or for any other matters in which liability cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Rollen Design, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and third-parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third-party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Rollen Design reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Rollen Design in asserting any available defense.
Arbitration
In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties. Arbitration shall take place by phone, unless an in-person hearing is requested by either party. In that case, the hearing shall take place in Los Angeles County, California (in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties). The arbitrator’s award shall be final, and judgement may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims in regards to these Term and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.
If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, we each waive any right to a jury trial.
Class Action Waiver
Any arbitration under these Terms and Conditions will take place on an individual basis; class arbitrations and class/representative/collective actions are not permitted. THE PARTIES AGREE THAT A PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN EACH’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PUTATIVE CLASS, COLLECTIVE AND/OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING, SUCH AS IN THE FORM OF A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL ACTION AGAINST THE OTHER. Further, unless both you and Rollen Design agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.
Governing Law
These Terms of Sale and your purchase of items through the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. You hereby irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts located in Los Angeles, California with respect to any dispute related to these Terms and Conditions or your purchase of an item through the Site that is not subject to arbitration under these Terms and Conditions.
Severability
If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.
Rollen Design reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.
Mobile Terms of Service

The Rollen mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Rollen Design (“Rollen”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Rollen’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Rollen through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Rollen. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
